Return and Refund Policy

Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from GreenGent Co. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns within [30 days] of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service:

    • Reach out to our Customer Service team at sales@greengentco.co.uk within 5 days of receiving your item to request a return authorisation.
  2. Provide Order Details:

    • Please provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for your return, and any supporting photographs if applicable.
  3. Return Authorization:

    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
  4. Pack and Ship:

    • Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging along with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the provided address.
  5. Confirmation:

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your return is approved.

Refunds: Upon approval of your return, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow [number of days, e.g., 5-7 business days] for the refund to reflect on your account.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, color, or size, please follow the return process, and place a new order on our website.

Non-Returnable Items: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, and personalized items.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double-check your bank account, and contact your credit card company, and/or your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
